Havenluxe rents out and manages luxury villas in Cape Town. Most of its homes are on the Atlantic Seaboard, with neighbourhood pages for Clifton, Camps Bay, Bantry Bay, Sea Point, Fresnaye, Bakoven, Llandudno, Green Point and De Waterkant, as well as Constantia and Bishopscourt. Individual villas, such as one in Fresnaye, are shown in full.

It works on two sides. For guests, Havenluxe offers holiday rentals with concierge support and itineraries put together to suit the trip, whether that is leisure or business. For homeowners, it offers property management: looking after a house day to day and handling the details so the owner does not have to. It is discreet oversight that protects and improves the property.

Havenluxe is registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and the Financial Intelligence Centre, and holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate. Its approach combines operational discipline, regulatory integrity and attentive service, with the aim of creating calm, effortless spaces.

There is also a Travel Hub, a small journal of local guides, for example a day spent on Clifton's four beaches, and a guest reviews section.
